As many as 89% of returns arise from suspicions that there is something wrong with the product, when often this is not true. Many questions we solve easily with a good explanation or advice. Our team is ready to help you. Please contact us before you return.

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return a product counting from the date of receipt. To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product may be tested out, but make sure you return it without damage. For example, a used brush is not a problem.
  • Returns will only be processed if they have been created in our returns portal. Returns sent to us on our own initiative will not be processed.
  • Are there scratches or damages on the item? Then we will not take it back. This is strictly controlled.

Return costs

Techweise is responsible for return charges if the product is defective or a shipping error was made. This includes:

  • We sent the wrong item.
  • One or more item(s) is damaged or faulty.

The return costs of €8,50 are for you when:

  • A product is returned because you don't want it anymore.
  • A parcel is not picked up at the PostNL point and returned to sender.
