You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product, counting from the date of receipt. To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product may be tested out, but please make sure you return the device without damage. You may use and test out accessories.
• Returns will only be processed if they have been created in our returns portal. Returns sent to us on your own initiative will not be processed.
• After the return period of 14 days has expired, it is no longer possible to return. Defects or other issues must be reported within 14 days.

Techweise is responsible for return charges if the product is defective or if there was a shipping error. This includes:

• We sent the wrong item.
• One or more item(s) are damaged or faulty.

The return costs of €8,50 are for you when:

• A product is returned because you do not want it anymore.
• A parcel is not picked up at the PostNL point and returned to sender.
