General Terms and Conditions Share Your Techweise Moment

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to participation in the Techweise Win Contest "Share Your Techweise Moment" organized by Techweise B.V. (hereinafter "Techweise").

Deelname

2.1 Participation in the win promotion is open to customers of Techweise.
2.2 Participants will have a chance to win an Amazon gift card t.w.v. €100 and winning accessories for the Techweise product from their participation, limited to 12 orders per year.
2.3 To participate, entrants must post a video in their profile feed or story on Instagram or TikTok, in which a Techweise product is highly visible.
2.4 A story post is subject to a 24-hour display time and posts to a minimum visibility until the end of the win promotion, until March 19, 2024. Removal of posted content before this period will result in exclusion from participation.

Winnaarselectie

3.1 The winner will be selected based on the videos and stories submitted.
3.2 The winner will be chosen by Techweise based on creativity and originality.
3.3 Techweise's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Notification of the Winner

4.1 The winner will be announced after the end of the win promotion on March 20, 2024 via Techweise's official social media accounts.
4.2 The winner will be notified personally via the social media platform on which the entry took place, via a private message.
4.3 The winner must respond to Techweise's message within 48 hours after notification of winning. Failure to do so will result in Techweise choosing another winner.

Prijzen

5.1 Winner will have a chance to win accessories from Techweise, limited to 12 orders per year or an Amazon gift card t.w.v €100.00
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods.

Privacy

6.1 By entering the win contest, the entrant agrees that Techweise may use the submitted content for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.
6.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Techweise's privacy policy .
