Terms and Conditions - Techweise steam cleaner rental

Below are the terms and conditions that apply to renting our NV 286 steam cleaner. By using our services you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.0 Return charge

• Techweise will pay the return costs. However, the customer is responsible for purchasing a return label from DHL or PostNL. The purchase amount will be credited upon receipt at our warehouse. (Please note €6,-.)

2.0 Borg

• A deposit of €45,- is required when renting the steam cleaner.
• If the item is returned incomplete, damaged or late, the deposit will not be refunded.

3.0 Retourproces

The client must return the steam cleaner by the agreed date. If the item is delivered late to the delivery service for return, we reserve the right to withhold the €45 deposit. Should a delay occur at the delivery service itself, the deposit will not be withheld.

4.0 Use of the steam cleaner

The customer must use the steam cleaner according to the instructions provided. Any damage caused by improper use is the responsibility of the customer.

5.0 Cancellation

For cancellation of the rental within 48 hours before the agreed rental date, 50% of the rental price will be charged.

6.0 Aansprakelijkheid

• Techweise B.V. shall in no way be liable for any damages arising from the use of the steam cleaner.
• The customer is liable for damages to third parties caused while using the rented steam cleaner.

7. Onderhoud

The customer should properly maintain the steam cleaner during the rental period according to Techweise's instructions.

8.0 Disputes:

Disputes will initially be attempted to be resolved through mutual consultation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent court.

By renting our steam cleaner, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Techweise reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
